Every day Antonio studies the customers demands in Italy and abroad, consults with legislative regulations, work out technical specifications and prepare commercial offers either for a single piece or a big production. No matter, because it is prepared by the good tailor: a dress will fit in a best way possible and the most disparate demands will be satisfied. Also because every customer is important for Antenucci, regardless of the order amount.
Despite of the fact that he is still young, Antonio has decades of activity behind him. He started his business very early and articulated it into the enterprise. "Going to tailor's"- like a manufacturer of the past with his will to learn, determination, far-sightedness and a dream to create one day his own reality.
Immediately after he had graduated and started looking for the job in the 80s Antonio was offered a job in a big company of transformers created in the after-war years. He who specialized in mechanics had to study everything about electrics. The owner in those years had appreciated merits of the young man and taught him all secrets of the business pointing at the most important values: trust and responsibility. Therefore, after the military and many other job offers, Antonio decided to return to his old company - his place was there. Together with the old owner they had risen the company to high levels and, when the time came, the company changed hands. Antonio had received the mature experience, the customers and the job from his boss along with his blessing, and inaugurated Antenucci Trasformatori in the new headquarter to open a road to new goals.
Quality, thoroughness, reliability and openness are the pillars on which Antonio Antenucci establishes his new company. In fact, the first big customers come from Iraq and then the others from all Europe. With these backgrounds, even the crises that struck the sector in the 2000s turned to be an occasion for him and his people to invest and enlarge horizons.
Today the company, strong as never before like its DNA, looks forward confidently to the future and in particular in the market of high-performance transformers for photovoltaic energy plants and wind farms. Therefore, Enterprise and Values are the only conditions for a better world.
